Warranty Policy
Applies to Azure Coffee Machine Only
Your Noir Coffee Machine comes with a 1-Year Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers internal components, labor, and two-way shipping (to and from the Noir Service Center). External parts are not covered under warranty and will incur additional charges, including shipping costs.
Exchanges:
If a manufacturing defect is found within the first 7 days of purchase (based on the invoice date), your machine will be eligible for a replacement. The replacement will be shipped only after the defective unit has been returned. The collection and re-shipping charges will be borne by Noir. Contact Customer Care immediately if this applies.
Our technical support team will assess the defect before arranging a pickup via our courier partner. Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
Important:
Noir's warranty policy does not cover damages caused by improper packaging during transit. We encourage proper handling to ensure your Noir products arrive safely.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty becomes invalid under the following circumstances:
- Failure to use or maintain the product as per the Noir User Manual.
- Connection to an unsuitable power supply.
- Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse of the product.
- Unauthorized product modifications.
- Any dismantling or interference with the machine.
- Loss, theft, or attempted theft.
- Use of incompatible coffee capsules or any liquid other than water in the water tank.
- Commercial usage of the product.
- Expiry of the warranty period.
- Altered or scrawled serial numbers.
- Damage caused by lightning, voltage issues, or natural disasters.
- Transit damage due to improper packaging by the customer.
Note: Consumable products like coffee capsules are not covered unless there’s a packaging or workmanship defect. In such cases, notify our Customer Support team immediately.
